Apple quotes SunSentinel design director Paul Wallen saying, “Although our median reader is in the mid to late 50s, our target audience is almost a generation younger. We’re after occasional readers, people who don’t feel they have the time or enough interest to read our paper on a regular basis…We want the paper to feel vibrant and alive, much like the community it serves.” The new design formally launches on Sunday. All you need is a free Sun Sentinel account. If there was a possibility to give this negative stars I would. I cannot believe how awful the Sun Sentinel service is. I had ordered 2 newspapers to be delivered on Sunday's, well it didn't seem like it when I had to call EVERY SUNDAY for them to redeliver my paper. Oh but I didn't just call once for them to redeliver I had to call over and over in one day just for them to come and then it wouldn't even be until the next day. After calling for over 2 months, I had put in multiple requests to have a Manager call me back and still NOT ONCE have received a phone call. I canceled one subscription. The customer service pretty much begged for me to give them a second chance so I did and still the delivery person just doesn't feel like driving out to my house for some reason. Finally I called every other day for the past week or so waiting for a call back they told me it would take 24-48 hours for someone to give me a call back. Now this is the answered I received every time I called. Until the last time when they said "Oh no mam, it's not 24-28 hours its 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS!!! WHAT THE HELL. I have never heard of a business taking over a week to call a customer back. Well it's been almost 2 weeks at this point and still no call. So now on top of all this, the awful customer service who can never get my phone calls and request straight now have the delivery guy giving me a paper everyday. I DON'T WANT A PAPER EVERYDAY I JUST WANT MY DAMN SUNDAY PAPER. Well not anymore. I hope the newspaper goes into shammbles and my suggestion would be to order from someone else because these people SUCK!
