Essays on Essay On My Favorite Hobby Is Reading
For me, my favorite hobby is reading books.
I just found your website and I absolutely love it!! My favorite hobby is reading, which is obviously cheap as I can get most books I want from the library. I was also given a Sony reader as a gift (one of the best gifts ever!) and I have many free ebooks I can read. I actually used to buy many books (used when I can) on amazon, but since I got my reader, I pretty much stopped buying books and reading mostly free ebooks or books from the library.

Usually, I laugh it off and quickly change the subject. However, what I would really like to tell inquiring minds when faced with this dreadful predicament is that – shockingly! – I also have a personality. Like, besides being a quarter of a century old and having no man to fill my gas tank (literally and metaphorically-speaking), I like to laugh. I also like to write. I think I am pretty independent and capable. I can be stubborn but also very laid-back. My favorite hobby is reading, although I don’t get to do it as much as I would like. And I get no greater joy in life than making people laugh and traveling.
Everybody has his or her own hobby. For me, my favorite hobby is reading books. My aunt was not only a writer but a psychologist as well. My daughter Sophie is in high school. Rebecca and Ricky are pursuing their degrees in college. My husband Rick has been my partner, my column to lean on, for the last 22 years. After having been transferred with my husband’s company and having lived in cities like Dallas, Seattle and Toledo, Ohio; Spring, Tx. has been our home for the last 10 years. My favorite hobby is reading. I love it so much I started my own Christian book club about three years ago. I also enjoy gardening, a hobby I share with my husband. Never thought making a date out of going to plant sales and garden talks would be so much fun. Born and raised in El Paso, Tx. I was exposed to the rich culture of both the American and Mexican traditions. Knowing both languages, English and Spanish fluently, has opened many exciting opportunities for me. One of those opportunities has been becoming an English/Spanish language teacher and tutor for the last seven years in The Woodlands area. My goal as a foreign language teacher is that my students will learn to love and appreciate the Spanish language. I also enjoy teaching my students the rich history and traditions of Latin American countries. I like to help my students realize the benefits knowing a second language. One of my favorite verses says: And Jesus said to them “Go into the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15.
